The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved the listing of 129,024,224 common registered shares of “METLEN ENERGY & METALS PLC” (ISIN: GB00BTQGS779) on the Main Market. The trading of shares will commence simultaneously on the Athens and London Stock Exchange, on Monday, August 4^th, 2025.

The Listings and Market Operation Committee of Athens Stock Exchange, during today’s session, approved the listing of Stock Future products for the stocks of the following company and the acquisition of Market Maker capacity for the ATHEX Members below for market making on those future products:

As of 04/08/2025, the shares of the company "P.P.A.  S.A." (GRS470003013) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the amount €1.920 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €1.824 per share).
