Premia Properties (the «Company») announces that a presentation to Hellenic Fund and Asset Management Association took place today at Athens Stock Exchange premises (110 Athinon Avn.).

The presentation is available on the Company's website www.premia.gr as well as on the Athens Stock Exchange website.

Unibios Holdings SA announces to the investment public, in accordance with the Regulations (EU) 2016/1052, 596/2014 and article 49 of Law 4548/2018, that in execution of the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the company held on 09.09.2022, the company bought 4,800 own shares on 12.04.2024 with an average purchase price of 1.167 euros and a total transaction value of 5,650.53 euros. The above shares were purchased through the member of the Athens Stock Exchange "N. Chryssochoidis Stock Brokerage I.S.S.A."

(“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting dated May 31^st 2022, the Company proceeded on April 12^th 2024 with the purchase of 5,990 own shares at the average price of 11.12 euros per share and at a total value of 66,621.20 euros.
