The Athens Stock Exchange announces the commencement of trading on Wednesday, April 8th, 2026, of 375,000,000 new ordinary shares of “CrediaBank S.A” (ISIN:GRS001003052), following the share capital increase, realized by waiving existing shareholders' pre-emption rights.
