Announcement of the extension of the term of office of the Managing Director and three members of the Board of Directors.    

 

EYATH S.A. with the decision No. 127/2024 of its Board of Directors, taken at its 8th meeting on 12 April 2024, announces that in accordance with Article 85 of Law 4548/18 and Article 13 of the Company's Articles of Association, the term of office of the following members is extended:

Quest Holdings S.A. informs the investors that, according to article 49 of the Law 4548/2018 and in compliance with the terms of the Regulation no.2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 15/06/2022 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 03/01/2024, proceeded on April 24, 2024 through the member of the A.S.E. “Eurobank Equities”, with the purchase of 3.000 Quest Holdings S.A.
