Following the Company's announcement dated 19.04.2024 regarding the decision of its Board of Directors dated 18.04.2024 to purchase additional shares of the issuer REDS SA, through the ATHEX, ELLAKTOR acquired on 25.04.2024, 297,663 common registered shares, with voting rights, issued by REDS SA, at a purchase price of €2.70 per share.

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou, Group Legal Counsel, sold on April 24^th of 2024, 500 common shares in total at the average price of 12.09 euro per share.

(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the decision of the Ordinary Shareholders General Meeting held on 22.06.2023, as well as the decision of the Board of Directors dated 14.09.2023, it proceeded on April 25^th, 2024, through the Athens Exchange member name OPTIMA BANK S.A., with the purchase of 50,000 own shares at an average price of 2.5761 euro per share and with a total transaction value of 128,803.25 euro.
