As of April 2, 2025, in accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors’ Decision No 1/1048/17.03.2025 and following the approval of the request of the company "MASDAR HELLAS S.A." for squeeze out right, the trading of the shares of the company “TERNA ENERGY S.A.” (GRS496003005) on ATHEX is ceased.
The shares of the company «FAIS HOLDING S.A.» (GRS542003009) are traded on the ATHEX with a fluctuating floor/ceiling share trading limit ±30%.
