Following the decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission of April 29, 2025, regarding the delisting of the shares of “TERNA ENERGY S.A.” (ISIN: GRS496003005), from the Athens Stock Exchange, in line with par.5, article 17, L.3371/2005, the shares of the aforementioned company will be removed from the ATHEX trading systems as of Friday, May 2nd, 2025.

As of April 29, 2025, the 200,000 items of the GREEK GOVERNMENT BOND are admitted to trading on the ATHEX (initial issue date 12/03/2019,ten years’ duration, ISIN GR0124035693, annual fixed interest rate of 3.875% and nominal value of €1,000 each). On April 29, 2025, the total number of the Bond’s listed items amounts to 4,700,000 items.
