Purchase of Own Shares

Unibios Holdings SA announces to the investment public, in accordance with the Regulations (EU) 2016/1052, 596/2014 and article 49 of Law 4548/2018, that in execution of the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the company held on 09.09.2022, the company bought 2,150 own shares on  08.02.2023 with an average purchase price of 0.650 euros and a total transaction value of 1,408.71 euros. Subsequently the company bought 8,329 own shares on  09.02.2023 with an average purchase price of 0.654 euros and a total transaction value of 5,491.541 euros.
