Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007

The company Minoan Lines S.A. announces that the legal entity (GRIMALDI COMPAGNIA DI NAVIGAZIONE Spa) associated with Mr Emanuele G. Grimaldi Chairman of the Board of Directors (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005) bought 3,500 ordinary shares of a total value of € 10,027.15 on February 22, 2011, and 2,000 ordinary shares of a total value of € 5,809.60 on February 23, 2011.
The aforementioned announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11).

PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

TERNA ENERGY S.A. informs the investors that, in compliance with article 4 par. 4 of the Regulation no. 2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities and according to article 16 of the Codified Law 2190/1920, as amended and currently in force, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 12.05.2010 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 22.06.2010, proceeded on February 22, 2011 through the member of the A.S.E.

On February 22, 2011 the Company purchased 868 shares, with average price €6.56 per share and total purchase price €5.694.08.
