Purchase of own shares

In accordance with article 4, par. 4 of Regulation 2273/2003 of the Commission of European Union, Sciens International Investments and Holdings S.A. announces that following the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 20, 2010 and the Board of Directors resolution dated May 20, 2010, and in accordance with article 16 of L. 2190/1920, during the trading session of 23/02/2011 acquired 15,900 own shares through PROTONBANK S.A. at the price of € 0.41 per share and the total value of the transaction amounted to € 6,588.13.

Quest Holdings S.A. informs the investors that, according to article 16 of the Codified Law 2190/1920, as amended and currently in force, and in compliance with the terms of the Regulation no.2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 16/04/2010 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 10/01/2011, proceeded on February 23, 2011 through the member of the A.S.E. "Eurobank EFG Securities", with the purchase of 2.430 Quest Holdings S.A.

· Dubai Financial Group Limited Liability Company, legal person that may be considered as closely associated to a Member of the Board of Directors (F. Al Ali), 91.254.602 shares issued by the Bank of total value €91.254.602
