Purchase of own shares

In accordance with article 4, par. 4 of Regulation 2273/2003 of the Commission of European Union, Sciens International Investments and Holdings S.A. announces that following the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 20, 2010 and the Board of Directors resolution dated May 20, 2010, and in accordance with article 16 of L. 2190/1920, during the trading session of 24/02/2011 acquired 16,500 own shares through PROTONBANK S.A. at the price of € 0.42 per share and the total value of the transaction amounted to € 6,960.50.

OPAP S.A. announces, that pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3340/2005, as well as the Capital Market Commission?s decisions 3/347/12.7.2005 and 1/434/3.7.2007, Eurobank EFG Equities S.A, notified OPAP S.A. on 24.02.2011, that:
1) Bought on 22.02.2011, 7,893 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 120,461.66
2) Sold on 22.02.2011, 19,893 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 302,418.76
3) Bought on 22.02.2011, 529 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 8,146.60
