In accordance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4, MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A. announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 30, 2014) and the Board of Director's resolution (dated October 10, 2014) purchased 1.555 own shares on Monday February 15, 2016 with average cost price 3,1053€ per share and total purchase value 4.828,75€ through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance S.A.

Hellenic Exchanges- Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) informs investors that, based on §4 article 4 of the European Commission Regulation 2273/2003, and in implementation of the decision of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company of 20.5.2015, it purchased own shares; in particular, on 15.2.2016, 3,050 own shares were purchased, at an average price of EUR3.99 per share, and total transaction cost of EUR12,172.10.
The transactions took place through the member of Athens Exchange “Alpha Finance Investment Services S.A.”.
Announcement for the Purchase of Own Shares
Thrace Plastics Co S.A. in accordance with article 4, par. 4 of the European Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2273/2003 and in execution of the relevant decision made by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on December 29, 2014, it purchased 820 own shares, on February 15, 2016 through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance Investments Services S.A. with an average acquisition price of € 1.3461 per share. The total value of the transaction amounted to € 1,103.80.
