ANNOUNCEMENT


Minoan Lines S.A. acquired from companies of INTERAMERICAN GROUP on February 12th, 2016 the total number of 3,037,000 shares (the “Shares”) of the non-listed company under the firm “HELLENIC SEAWAYS SOCIETE ANONYME SHIPPING COMPANY (hereinafter “HSW”) corresponding to 3.91% of its share capital.

The total share price of HSW amounting to 4,555,500.00 euros was totally paid on the same day to the seller companies.
