Athens, February 25, 2016 – Further to a query of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission and to relevant press reports, Frigoglass SAIC (the “Company”) announces that its Board of Directors will convene tomorrow February 26, 2016 in order to reach final resolutions regarding the transaction of divestment of its Glass business to GZI Mauritius Limited in the best interest of the Company and its stakeholders under current macroeconomic conditions.
