The company LOULIS  MILLS SA, following the preliminary contract transfer of shares of 06.02.2015 between  «NUTRIBAKES SA Mixtures Production, Bakery and Confectionery ", a 70% subsidiary of " LOULIS MILLS SA ", and Mr. Leonidas and Panagiotis Pierakea, shareholders of the company «Kenfood Trofognosia SA", the Board of «NUTRIBAKES SA Mixtures Production, Bakery and Confectionery "decided on the  February 6th, 2017, the merger by absorption of the company «Kenfood Trofognosia SA " in accordance with the provisions of Articles 68-77 of Codified 2190/1920 and no. 54 of l. 4172/2013.

Public Power Corporation S.A. announces that Mr. Em. Koroniotakis, Chairman & Deputy CEO of IPTO S.A.and Mr. I. Blanas, Chief Executive Officer of IPTO S.A. resigned from their positions on February 6, 2017. The procedures provided for, by Law and the Company's Articles of Incorporation, will be followed for their replacement.

Commenting on an electronic press article and for the accurate information of the investors' community, PPC clarifies that in order to contribute to “ENERGIAKI HOLDING S.A.”(“ENSYM”) 51% of IPTO's shares, which it currently possesses, PPC assigned the project for the valuation (as stipulated in L. 2190/1920) of IPTO's shares to Deloitte Business Solutions. The company proceeded to the valuation of the shares with an estimated value of € 491.8 mln.

The company “GEK TERNA S.A. Holding, Real Estate, Constructions” announces that, according to the article 21 of Law 3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Market Committee, Mr. Dimitrios Antonakos, shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of the Company (Obligated Person, according to article 13 of Law 3340), sold, on February 7, 2017, 55,000 common nominal shares, at the total value of 125,523.88 €.
