Public Power Corporation S.A. announces that since 14.02.2017 a team from the DG Comp of the European Commission is conducting an audit in PPC according to Article 20 of Council Regulation 1/2003 of the European Union.

The audit is conducted pursuant to a relevant Decision of the Commission dated 01.02.2017 for an alleged abuse of dominant position from PPC side in the wholesale market for electricity generation since 2010 and onwards.
