Formation into a body of the Board of Directors of ADMIE (IPTO)

PPC S.A. announces that, the Board of Directors (BoD) of ADMIE ( which is a subsidiary of PPC) was formed into a body, at its meeting held on February 16, 2017, following the appointment of its new members replacing the ones that resigned according to Decision no 46/10.02.2017 of ADMIE's Supervisory Board. The BoD elected as Chairman Mr. Koronides Athanasios and Mr. Kampouris Ioannis as Chief Executive Officer.

The new BoD of ADMIE consists of the following members:

and PLANET S.A. a leading Management Consulting company have come together to establish a joint venture focused on delivering high value management consulting services to the European Institutions.

The company IKTINOS HELLAS SA, announces that following the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company at 20.12.2016, purchased, own shares through the Athens Exchange member Euroxx Securities.  On 17.2.2017 the Company purchased 3.100 shares, with average price EUR 0,8554 per share and a total purchase price EUR 2.651,9
