PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

GEK TERNA S.A. informs the investors that, in compliance with article 4 par. 4 of the Regulation no. 2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities and according to article 16 of the Codified Law 2190/1920, as amended and currently in force, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 27.06.2016 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 27.06.2016, proceeded on February 20, 2017 through the member of the A.S.E.

PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

TERNA ENERGY S.A. informs the investors that, in compliance with article 4 par. 4 of the Regulation no. 2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities and according to article 16 of the Codified Law 2190/1920, as amended and currently in force, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Ordinary General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 18.04.2016 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 18.04.2016, proceeded on February 20, 2017 through the member of the A.S.E.

Announcement of business development

Intercontinental International REIC announces the acquisition of a commercial property on Korinthos Avenue, at Aigio - Achaia. The purchase price was 400,000.00 euro. It is a completely renovated two-storey building (independent property) totaling 1,367 sq.m. with parking spaces, situated on a land plot of 1,317 sq.m. The entire property is leased with a long-term contract to DIXONS SOUTH-EAST EUROPE S.A. ("KOTSOVOLOS"). The property value was determined based on the valuation report of an external, independent, chartered valuer (surveyor) at 500,000.00 euro.
