PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

MLS Innovation Inc., based on Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014 announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 30, 2016)  and the Board of Director's resolution(dated January 31, 2018) purchased 700 own shares on Wednesday  February 21 , 2018 with average cost price 4,26€ per share and total purchase value 2.982€ through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance S.A.

In accordance with article 24§2(a) of law 3461/2006, we hereby notify the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission that the company «NISSOS HOLDINGS (CY) LTD» acquired on 21.2.2018 in total 39.759 common registered shares of the company “KORRES SOCIETE ANONYME – NATURAL PRODUCTS” against a consideration of 5,08 Euro per share through on exchange transactions. Clearing of such transactions shall take place on 23.2.2018.
