SFAKIANAKIS S.A. announces that according to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's decision 1/434/3.7.2007 Mr. Kristian Oliver Taki (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded on 06.02.2019 to the sale (O.T.C.)  of 185,578 common shares of the Company of total value Euro 59,384.96.
