The company MLS Innovation Inc. announces that mr. John Kamatakis President and CEO  of the Board of Directors on  Wednesday February 20, 2019, bought 1,700 shares of a total value of 8,492.18€ and on Thursday February 21, 2019, bought 2,750 shares of a total value of 13,930.12€

 

The  announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 .
