Notification of resignation from the Board of Directors

ELLAKTOR's management, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) No596/2014 of the European Parliament, relevant articles of the Law 3016/2002, as in force, and the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, would like to inform the investor community, that  Mr. Iordanis Aivazis, Independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors, resigned due to personal reasons.

ELLAKTOR's Board of Directors will notify the investor community of any change in its composition as soon as possible.
