TERNA ENERGY FINANCE S.A. informs the Investors that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 7, 2020 decided to appoint Mr. Konstantinos Papadakis, Economist, as Internal Auditor replacing Mrs. Theodora Fetsi.

Through this market, the Group now owns a photovoltaic park in Larissa Prefecture, with a rated power of 0.5 MWh, which is interconnected to the PPC medium voltage network.

According to article 24, paragraph 2 (a) and (b) of Law 3461/2006, the company named "Andromeda Seafood Sociedad Limitada" (hereinafter "the Offeror") declares that from 21.01.2020  until and on 06.02.2020, it acquired a total of 1.585.941ordinary shares of the of the company under the name "NIREUS AQUACULTURE SA" (hereinafter " the Company ") for 0,23 Euro per share.
