European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, on 25/02/2020, it purchased 3,769 common shares at an average acquisition price of 4.819 euros per share, valued at 18,126.31 euros, pursuant to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Company.

Following the aforementioned purchase, the Company holds now 357,412 common shares, which represent 1.2995% of the Company's total shares.

Paiania, February 26, 2020 - INTRACOM HOLDINGS announces that following the resolution of the Shareholder's Annual General Meeting, dated 29.06.2018, in accordance with the article 49 of the L. 4548/2018, purchased on 25.02.2020 through the member of the ATHEX LEON DEPOLAS SECURITIES S.A., 13.000 own shares with an average price of € 0,6474 per share and a total purchase price € 8.416,15.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds a total of 505.848 own shares (percentage 0,67% of it's share capital).
