Unibios Holdings SA announces to the investment public, in accordance with the Regulations (EU) 2016/1052, 596/2014 and article 49 of Law 4548/2018, that in execution of the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the company held on 09.09.2022, the company bought 5,845 own shares on  28.02.2024 with an average purchase price of 1.209 euros and a total transaction value of 7,128.46 euros.  . The above shares were purchased through the member of the Athens Stock Exchange "N. Chryssochoidis Stock Brokerage I.S.S.A."

ID 113772252000, (thereof: “the Company”) announces that, according to the resolution of its Shareholders' Meeting dated 05.07.2022, as well as following the announcement as of 04.10.2022, on 28.02.2024, purchased through the Athens Exchange 3,000 own shares at an average price of €10.8827 per share, and a total value of €32,648.15.
