In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors’ Decision No 3/1045/22.01.2025 and following the approval of the request of the company "HELLENIC QUALITY FOODS S.A." for squeeze out right, the trading of the shares of the company “VIS CONTAINER MANUFACTURING Co.” (GRS124153008) on ATHEX is ceased.

Today, the Athens Stock Exchange hosted representatives from the management, executives, and partners of the AKTOR Group to celebrate the commencement of trading the new shares resulting from the company’s recent capital increase. Mr. Alexandros Exarchou, Chairman and CEO of the AKTOR Group, officially opened today’s trading session.

There are no corporate actions - cash distributions scheduled for 05/02/2025.

CORPORATE EVENTS

The 43,478,478  new (CR) shares of the company “AKTOR S.A. HOLDING COMPANY TECHNICAL AND ENERGY PROJECTS” (GRS432003028) are admitted to trading on the ATHEX, following the recent share capital increase with rights issue. On February 4, 2025: i) the total number of the company’s listed shares amounts to  204,002,463 (CR) shares and ii)  the OASIS code of the company on the ATHEX changes to “AKTR” (from “INKAT”).

The ATHEX approved the acquisition of Market Maker capacity for the Stock Futures of AKTOR S.A.

The Athens Stock Exchange announces the commencement of trading on Tuesday, February 4th, 2025, of 43,478,478 new ordinary shares of “Aktor Société Anonyme Holding Company Technical and Energy Projects” (ISIN:GRS432003028), as a result of the share capital increase, realized in favor of existing shareholders.
