Regulated Information: Purchases of own shares (Decision of AGM 17/6/2020)

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on 4 February 2022 it effected purchases of 14,500 Company shares of total value EUR 207,605.00 (average price per share: EUR 14.318).

 

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 663,635 corresponding to 0.60% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 12.871 per share. The purchases of own Company shares are effected through the ATHEX Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.

PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

EK TERNA S.A. informs the Investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 08.07.2020, proceeded on February 4, 2022, with the purchase of 10,000 GEK TERNA's  shares at an average price of 9.4700 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 94,700.00 euros.
