MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on 7 Febuary 2022 it effected purchases of 1,000 Company shares of total value EUR 14,150.00 (average price per share: EUR 14.15).

 

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 664,635 corresponding to 0.60% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 12.873 per share. The purchases of own Company shares are effected through the ATHEX Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.

PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

TERNA ENERGY S.A. informs the investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, proceeded on February 7, 2022, with the purchase of 10,559 TERNA ENERGY's shares at an average price of 12.8902 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 136,107.26 euros.
