Athens, Greece, 9 February 2022 – Frigoglass S.A.I.C. (the “Company”) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation (EU) 596/2014, that Mr. Costas Dintsios, Frigoserve Director (and therefore notifying person according to article 19 of the Regulation (EU) 596/2014), notified the Company that on 4 February 2022, 7 February 2022 and 8 February 2022 he disposed 48,492 common shares of the Company of a total value of €7,933.60.
