Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

Quest Holdings S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to the law.3556/2007 and article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that Mrs Papageorgiou Helen, a person closely associated with Mr. Fessas Theodore, President of the Board of Directors of the Company, proceeded on 22.02.2022 to the sale of 23.226 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 436,148.16 and on February 23 2022 35.347 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 661.387,56.
