MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on 24 Febuary 2022 it effected purchases of 6,500 Company shares of total value EUR 89,870.00 (average price per share: EUR 13.826).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 693,548 corresponding to 0.63% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 12.919 per share. The purchases of own Company shares are effected through the ATHEX Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.

TERNA ENERGY S.A. informs the investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, proceeded on February 24, 2022, with the purchase of 19,800 TERNA ENERGY's shares at an average price of 12.3968 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 245,457.00 euros.
