The Stock Markets Steering Committee of Athens Exchange, during today’s session approved the following:

CORPORATE ACTIONS

As of July 25, 2025, and following the share capital decrease of the company “IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A.” (GRS148003015), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the new par value of €1.70 per share and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.30 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.

Further to the public announcement of July 1, 2025, the Board of Directors of Hellenic Exchanges-Athens Stock Exchange S.A. (“ATHEX” and the “Board”) wishes to inform the investing public that, as part of its assessment of the unsolicited all share takeover proposal from Euronext, it has entered into discussions with Euronext.

There are no corporate actions - cash distributions scheduled for 24.07.2025.
