AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in accordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 04th  of July 2022, the company Main Stream S.A., controlled by Eftichios Vassilakis, Managing Director, and George Vassilakis, Executive Member, (persons obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), purchased 305 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of Euro 2,562.00.
