Announcement of Regulated Information based on Law 3556/2007

Τhe company IKTINOS HELLAS SA announces that, according article 21 of the law 3556/2007 & the article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament  and following a relevant notification submitted to the company,  Ms. Lydia Chaida, the shareholder and member of the Board of Directors, on 18/7/2022  proceeded with the purchase of  1.600 shares of  total value of 809,37 Euro.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on 18 July 2022 it effected purchases of 1,278 Company shares of total value EUR 21,070.88 (average price per share: EUR 16.4874).

 

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 778,910 corresponding to 0.70% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 13.64 per share. The purchases of the above Company shares were effected through the ATHEX Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.

PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

TERNA ENERGY S.A. informs the investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, proceeded on July 18, 2022, with the purchase of 23,000 TERNA ENERGY's shares at an average price of 16.4306 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 377,904.04 euros.
