Pursuant to the Regulation EU 596/2014 it is hereby announced that on 26 July 2022 the shareholder of the Company under the legal name PETROVENTURE HOLDINGS LIMITED (pledger) entered into an agreement with a credit institution (pledgee) concerning 200,000 shares issued by MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. (from now on MOH) of total value Euro 3,322,000 (based on the closing price of the share of MOH on 26 July 2022). PETROVENTURE HOLDINGS LIMITED kept the voting rights on the shares mentioned above.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on 27 July 2022 it effected purchases of 21,100 Company shares of total value EUR 346,379 (average price per share: EUR 16.4161).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 846,732 corresponding to 0.76% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 13.89 per share. The purchases of the above Company shares were effected through the ATHEX Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
