Resignation of a member of the Board of Directors

Autohellas informs the investing public that the Board of Directors, during its meeting of May 24^th, 2023, became aware of the resignation of Mr. Dimitris Maggioros as a Non-Executive Member of the Company's Board of Directors, effective June 1^st, 2023.
