The Company has been notified that the following PDMR exercised share options and sold corresponding ordinary shares of CHF 6.70 each in the Company on 20 June 2023.

It is announced that on June 19th, 2023 DOSON INVESTMENTS COMPANY sold 110,000 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. shares of total value EUR 2,714,800.00 through an Over-The-Counter (OTC) transaction.
DOSON INVESTMENTS COMPANY is a legal entity related with Mr. Nikolaos Th. Vardinoyannis, Non-Executive Board member of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A., who is under the obligation to acknowledge his transactions on Company securities pursuant to the article 19 of the Regulation (EU) 596/2014.

"IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A." announces that on Wednesday, June 21st, 2023, at 17:00 (local time- GR) there will be an online briefing of Research Analysts, about the signed Share Purchase Agreement, by virtue of which IDEAL agreed to acquire the 100% of the shares of the Cypriot company under the name “KT Golden Retail Venture LTD”, which holds a 100% of the share capital of the Greek company under the name “ATTIKA POLIKATASTIMATA S.A.”, for a total consideration of 100.000.000 Euro.
