PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

GEK TERNA S.A. informs the Investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, proceeded on March 20, 2023 with the purchase of 34,000 GEK TERNA's shares at an average price of 10.6267 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 361,306.58 euros.

Quest Holdings S.A. informs the investors that, according to article 49 of the Law 4548/2018 and in compliance with the terms of the Regulation no.2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 15/06/2022 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 03/01/2023, proceeded on March 20, 2023 through the member of the A.S.E. “Eurobank Equities”, with the purchase of 3.000 Quest Holdings S.A.
