Quest Holdings S.A. informs the investors that, according to article 49 of the Law 4548/2018 and in compliance with the terms of the Regulation no.2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 15/06/2022 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 03/01/2023, proceeded on March 24, 2023 through the member of the A.S.E. “Eurobank Equities”, with the purchase of 1.225 Quest Holdings S.A.

The company UNIBIOS HOLDINGS SOCIETE ANONYME (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") announces, that:   Mr. Orfeas Mavrikios, Managing Director of the Company, exercised stock options and participated in the Share Capital Increase of the Company, which was decided by the Board of Directors at the meeting of 19.01.2023, and took over 906,366 shares (ISIN GRS084003011). As a result, Mr. Mavrikios currently owns directly 3,210,324 shares corresponding to 18.67% of the voting rights of the Company and indirectly 723,052 shares corresponding to 4.21% of the voting rights of the Company.

PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

GEK TERNA S.A. informs the Investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, proceeded on March 24, 2023 with the purchase of 31,000 GEK TERNA's shares at an average price of 11.0361 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 342,118.18 euros.
