ID 113772252000, (thereof: “the Company”) announces that, according to the resolution of its ShareholdersΆ Meeting dated 05.07.2022, as well as following the announcement as of 04.10.2022, on 08.03.2024, purchased through the Athens Exchange 2.940 own shares at an average price of ¤10.9226 per share, and a total value of ¤32,112.45.
