The company IKTINOS HELLAS SA, announces that following the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company at 20.12.2016, purchased, own shares through the Athens Exchange member Euroxx Securities.  On 10.3.2017 the Company purchased 2.000 shares, with average price EUR 0,9453 per share and a total purchase price EUR 1.890,61.

In accordance,  MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A. , based on Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014 announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 30, 2016)  and the Board of Director¶s resolution(dated September 01, 2016) purchased  1.100 own shares on Friday  March 10  , 2017 with average cost price 4,2414¤ per share and total purchase value 4.665,55¤ through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance S.A.

It is hereby clarified that due to the time change effected in theUnited Stateson March 12, 2017, theEastern U.S.time for the MOTOR OIL teleconference regarding the FY 2016 financial results is 11:30 and not 10:30 as announced initially.
