In accordance,  MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A. , based on Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014 announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 30, 2016)  and the Board of Director's resolution(dated September 01, 2016) purchased  1.010 own shares on Tuesday  March 14  , 2017 with average cost price 4,2359€ per share and total purchase value 4.278,30€ through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance S.A.

Αthens, March 15, 2017 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA or Company), announces that Mr. Stefanos Theocharopoulos, OTE Group Chief Technology & Operation Officer, according to his transaction notification towards the Company dated 14/03/2017, sold, on 13/03/2017, 2,000 shares of OTE SA for a total value of €17,400.00.
