Announcement Date & Time of Full Year 2016 Results
National Bank of Greece will announce Full Year 2016 results on Thursday 30 March 2017, at 17:30, Greek time (+2:00 GMT). A conference call for the presentation and discussion of the results is scheduled to follow at 18:15 the same day.
Hellenic Exchanges- Athens Stock Exchange (the Company) informs investors that, based on Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014, and in implementation of the decision of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company of 20.5.2015, it purchased own shares; in particular, on 16.3.2017, 5,000 own shares were purchased, at an average price of EUR4.65 per share, and total transaction cost of EUR23,284.62.
The transactions took place through the member of Athens Exchange “NBG Securities”.
MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces that the annual briefing to analysts will take place on Friday 21 April 2017 instead of Thursday 23 March 2017 as announced initially.
