In accordance with article 24§2(a) of law 3461/2006, we hereby notify that the company «NISSOS HOLDINGS (CY) LTD» acquired on 7.3.2018 in total 3.166 common registered shares of the company “KORRES SOCIETE ANONYME – NATURAL PRODUCTS” against a consideration of 5,08 Euro per share through on exchange transactions. Clearing of such transactions shall take place on 9.3.2018.
