2018 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

The company «Minoan Lines S.A.» announces that on March 8th, 2018 Minoan Italia SpA, 100% subsidiary company, completed the transfer of vessel «CRUISE BONARIA» into the company «Grimaldi Euromed SpA».

The sale price of the ship amounted to 70 million euros and the estimated net profit from the sale will be shaped at approximately 1.5 million euros and will be included in the financial results for the first half 2018. The amount of € 70 million will be used for the partial repayment of company's Bond Loan facility.
