 “AS COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL COMPUTER & TOY COMPANY SA” (AS COMPANY SA) announces the completion of the establishment of their new subsidiary in Romania named "AS KIDS TOYS SRL”. The subsidiary is located in Bucharest Romania with share capital 400.000 euros, with 100% participation by AS Company SA. With the establishment of the new subsidiary in Romania, the Company anticipates to increase its market share and position in the Romanian market.
