Jumbo S.A. in accordance with the article 4.1.3.1 & 4.1.3.15.1 of the ATHEX Regulation, announces the update of its Financial Calendar with reference to the ex-date, record date and payment commencement date of the year 2018/2019 interim dividend amount of Euro 0,19 per share (gross) :
• Year 2018/2019 ex-interim dividend date: Wednesday May 8, 2019. Date before the 17.05.2019 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index.
• Interim Dividend beneficiaries – Record date: Thursday May 9, 2019.

The company Minoan Lines S.A. announces that Mr Antonis Maniadakis Managing Director of Minoan Lines (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005) on 7/03/2019 sold 2,715 Minoan Lines ordinary shares of a total value of euro 6,516.00 and on 8/03/2019 sold 3,468 Minoan Lines ordinary shares of a total value of euro 8,323.20. The aforementioned announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11).
