Invitation to Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting April 05, 2019

As of March 15, 2019, the shares of the company "VARVARESSOS S.A. EUROPEAN SPINNING MILLS" (GRS344001003) are traded on the ATHEX without the right to participate in the share capital increase, with the issue of 4,915,032 new (CB) shares, at an issue price of €0.30 per share. The rights' trading period is set from March 20, 2019 to March 29, 2019, included. The rights' subscription period is set from March 20, 2019 to April 03, 2019, included.  It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3.

The company Minoan Lines S.A. announces that the legal entity (Grimaldi Group S.p.A) associated with Mr Emanuele G. Grimaldi Chairman of Minoan Lines BoD (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005) on 12/03/2019 bought 19,523 Minoan Lines ordinary shares of a total value of euro 46.855.20. The aforementioned announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11).

MLS Innovation Inc. informes that on Tuesday 12, 2019 the company under the corporate name KM CO Limited, which owned a percentage of 5,358% in the total share capital of the company (665,267 shares), transferred the total of its  aforementioned percentage to the company under the corporate name MAL HOLDING LIMITED with registered seat in Cyprus.

To be noted that MAL HOLDING LIMITED is also controlled by Shiekh Khalid Jassim A J Al-Thani as its predecessor KM CO Limited.
