It is hereby announced that according to Announcement (Protocol Numbered 1507272) from Ministry of Economy & Development, on 27-03-2019, it was registered in the respective Societe Anonyme Registry, among other things, the 308/28.01.2019 decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that approved CPB ASSET MANAGEMENT as the fund management company of a newly established fund under the name «PHOENIX HELLENIC EQUITY» and Bank of Piraeus as its Custodian.

The company Minoan Lines S.A. announces that the legal entity (Grimaldi Group S.p.A) associated with Mr Emanuele G. Grimaldi Chairman of Minoan Lines BoD (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005) on 22/03/2019 bought 36,139 Minoan Lines ordinary shares of a total value of euro 86,733.60. The aforementioned announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11).
