Zug, Switzerland – 2 March 2020 – Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC") today announces in respect of the month ended 28 February 2020, the issue of 211,943 shares of CHF 6.70 each fully paid ("Ordinary Shares"), following the exercise of options granted under Coca-Cola HBC's share option plan.

GEK TERNA S.A. informs the Investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 27.06.2018 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 27.06.2018, proceeded on February 28, 2020 through the member of the A.S.E.
